
April Kersten, Partner
April served as the Managing Attorney at a bankruptcy law firm in Arkansas for over three years. Prior to that, she was a Staff Attorney for a bankruptcy firm in the Pine Bluff area from August 2008 until June of 2013. She also spent some time working in the creditor field with mortgages in the Bankruptcy Department of Mackie, Wolf, Zientz & Mann before going on to manage the Bankruptcy Department at Rainwater Holt & Sexton, P.A. She served as the President of the Debtor Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas for 2019-2020 and is a member of Garland County Bar Association and Arkansas Bar Association. She is a 2008 Graduate of Leflar School of Law in Fayetteville, AR (with honors) and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2005 where she graduated cum laude.
April N. Kersten has over ten years of experience as a practicing bankruptcy attorney. She believes in the second chance that bankruptcy can provide the people and families of Arkansas to get out of financial burdens and debt. Her favorite part of being a bankruptcy attorney is being able to spend time getting to know each client and their situation. She hopes bankruptcy can give her clients a plan to their goals and dreams after bad luck and hardship caught them.

Samantha Lambert, Partner
Samantha joined a bankruptcy law firm shortly after graduation in August 2018. As of March 2020, she is a founding partner of Kersten, Lambert & Perry PLLC. Samantha is currently a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and The Order of Barristers. Her favorite part about being a bankruptcy attorney is helping hard-working people get back on their feet.
Samantha Lambert is a lifelong resident of central Arkansas. She is a graduate of William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock (cum laude). While in law school, she was a member of the 2017-2018 National Trial Competition Team. She graduated from Royal Holloway University of London with an MA (with merit) in Holocaust Studies in 2013. She received her BA in History from the University of Central Arkansas.

Ben Perry, Partner
Ben Perry is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock and has been practicing law since 2012. He has focused on bankruptcy law since 2015. He previously worked as the primary attorney in the Pine Bluff and North Little Rock offices of a large volume bankruptcy firm. He has represented a wide variety of clients in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. He enjoys helping people who have fallen on hard times. He prides himself on being able to offer honest, compassionate, and effective representation for his clients.
He also understands the importance of being able to spend time with his clients to make sure they understand their rights and options in bankruptcy. Mr. Perry is a member and regular speaker at the Debtor-Creditor Bar of Central Arkansas. He is also an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association.
